Excellent results from the 2011 patient satisfaction survey
The results of the 2011 patient satisfaction survey continue to show the Clock House’s commitment to patient care.
97% of patients rate us excellent (82%) or good (15%) for our overall quality of care, whilst 97% would recommend us to their family or friends.
All categories showed that staff go that “extra mile” for patients.
During 2012 Staff have been set two target areas for improvement, the first being being an improvement in the time some patients have to wait after their allotted appointment time and the other being an improvement in communication in keeping those patients informed of possible delays to their appointment.
